Booking conditions

An amount equal to 30% of the cost of the stay will be debited at any time after booking.

In case of cancellation after booking, the deposit of 30% will be deducted for reimbursement.

Groups of teens are required to pay a deposit of € 50.00 per person, which will be returned upon departure (unless the apartment is damaged). Unaccompanied minors must provide an authorization filled out by one of their parents in order to stay in our accommodations. This authorization must be shown at check-in along with a photocopy of the parent's ID.

Pets are allowed in the apartments (only 1 pet per apartment) with additional fee for cleaning. It is necessary to notify the management of the possible presence of pets before booking.
